License for Generated Icons

This license governs icons you create using Universymbols (“Service”). “Input” means files and prompts you provide. “Output” means the icon the Service generates for you.

1. Ownership of Output. You own the Output. We assign to you all right, title, and interest we may have in it. If an assignment is not permitted by law, we grant you an exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and create derivative works of the Output for any purpose. No attribution required.
2. Ownership of Input. You keep ownership of your Inputs.
3. Our limited internal use. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use Inputs and Outputs solely for internal quality control: to operate, test, debug, and improve the Service. We will not publish, sell, or license your Inputs or Outputs to others, use them for marketing, or make them public, without your consent. We may share them with confidential subprocessors only for the same internal purposes.
4. Your promises. You represent that you have the rights to your Inputs and that their use with the Service does not violate law or the rights of others.
5. No warranties; similarity. The Service and Outputs are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that Outputs are unique or non-infringing. Similar results may be independently produced by the Service or others.
